MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX FIX IT AND FUEL IT SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF TENNESSEE WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

The Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes is sponsored by Memphis Collisionworx (“Sponsor”), with locations at 6916 Appling Farms Pkwy, Memphis; 2501 Whitten Rd, Memphis, TN 38133; 2406 Chiswood St, Memphis, TN 38134 and 1532 Bonnie Ln., Cordova, TN 38016. 

HOW TO ENTER 

Beginning on October 1, 2025, at 8:00AM Eastern Time through December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Phase”), eligible participants may enter one the following ways: 

Automatic Method of Entry – All owners of vehicles repaired at any Memphis Collisionworx location during the Entry Phase will receive one (1) entry. 

Alternative Method of Entry – Eligible participants may also enter by completing an online entry form at tripps.com/fixitandfuelit during the Entry Phase. Entry forms must be completely filled in and include all required information, including without limitation: first and last name, email address, physical address, phone and date. One (1) entry per person.  

Attempting to enter more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.  

ELIGIBILITY 

Open only to legal residents of and within the state of Tennessee who are 18 years of age and older as of September 15, 2025. Employees of Memphis Collisionworx, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not permitted to participate in the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes. The potential winner must sign an applicable Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release to be awarded the Prize. 

DRAWING 

A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 2, 2026 by Memphis Collisionworx to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and or email on or about January 2, 2026 and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release within two days of the date they are notified by Memphis Collisionworx.  The potential winner will be asked to provide personal information, such as the potential winner’s name, physical address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the opportunity to be awarded the Prize and Memphis Collisionworx shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate winner. The failure to respond to Memphis Collisionworx notice within two days of Memphis Collisionworx first attempt to notify may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Memphis Collisionworx Fix It and Fuel It Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Memphis Collisionworx, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to Memphis Collisionworx to use the winner’s name, image, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information, and address (city and state) to include in a winners list and for marketing purposes to promote future promotions without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. 

THE PRIZE 

 The prize consists of $2,600, with the winner having the option to receive the amount via gift card or PayPal. (the “Prize”) 

 

Total Prize value: $2,600. One (1) Prize will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Memphis Collisionworx reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, which shall be considered the Prize. The Prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official Rules. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Memphis Collisionworx may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Memphis Collisionworx may award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  All Prize details are at the sole discretion of Memphis Collisionworx.   

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

BY ENTERING THE MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX FIX IT AND FUEL IT SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX FIX IT AND FUEL IT SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Memphis Collisionworx will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, illegible, destroyed, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or general unresponsiveness; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes, Memphis Collisionworx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, a winner (assuming compliance with these Official Rules) will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the entry form.  

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

THE MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX FIX IT AND FUEL IT SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

RELEASE OF MEMPHIS COLLISIONWORX  

Each entrant forever fully indemnifies, releases, holds harmless and discharges Memphis Collisionworx from any and all liability. 

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM 

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Memphis Collisionworx Fix it and Fuel it Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lansing, Tennessee.

For the name of the Prize winner, available after January 26, 2026 send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Memphis Collisionworx. For Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Memphis Collisionworx by December 31, 2025.
